This is grounds for immediate termination, but at that point in my server career i didn't care, it worked 50% of the time actually.<br /><br />totally agree with the sunday crowd. i guess people gave all of their money to God. I called a couple of them out on it too, being a church goer and all myself. I followed a pastor to his car once and told him i would never come to his church because he didn't tip me with anything but a God bless you. Eventually i just became the Expo, i didn't have to deal with customers, got a good flat rate plus server tips, and i got to yell at everyone else. very therapeutic. <br /><br />One thing i love about California, servers get $8/hr minimum plus tips.
